And OF COURSE - even on a viewing terrace at 11,782 feet with 63km winds - we found a European dog enjoying a little afternoon outing!
She is a 10 month old Mountain Bernese who is absolutely gorgeous and totally adored by her owners. They told us the locals train dogs to be well behaved in public by taking them everywhere. (I wonder if that would work for Poppy-the-hyperactive-puppy...?)
Hmm. I doubt she would lie at my feet on a train like this good little doggie. In the same situation, Poppy would be jumping around trying to hongi every passenger.
